Partners were chosen in relation of the possessed qualifications, experience and technical infrastructure:

- Department of Building Processes in Faculty of Civil Engineering on the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice executes innovative works in the range of the new concrete technologies, including the high - grade BWW and self - consolidating SCC concretes, introducing to their technology the elements of the theory of the reactive powders, scattered reinforcement and the new generation of chemical admixtures.

- Institute of Fundamental Technological Research Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw conducts advanced research over the microsturture of composite materials with measurements of the mechanical properties in nanoscale as well as tests of concrete durability in variety of aggressive environments, while using the wide range of informatics technologies, such as digital image analysis, computer modelling and teaching the machines.

- Institute of Ceramics and Building Materials has specialised in usage of the mineral additions for several dozen years, conducting in the last fifteen years intensive research and development works as well as works connected with transformation of the technology of the new group of the composite cements with a high content of the mineral additions. The works are conducted in the accredited laboratories with the possibilities of making measurements defined by the research programme, with the use of modern equipment which enables analysis of phasic and chemical composition as well as testing of the cements, mortars and concretes. Project is conducted in Cracovian Department of the Institute - Department of Glass and Building Materials.

All of the partners are in possession of the properly prepared specialist laboratorial infrastructure. Personnel of the above mentioned laboratories is adequately qualified to operate the laboratorial equipment designed for testing of the building materials, what was proved by conducting and participating in the numerous research and development works as well as technology introductions in the field of concrete and cement production and workmanship.
